FIR ITALIA guarantees all its products (or part of them) at the terms and conditions and within the limits set forth here below, as of the date of purchase, for a period of:

• 5 years against casting defects;
• 5 years against defects in cartridges with ceramic discs and bolts;
• 2 years against defects in thermostatic cartridges;
• 5 years against chrome-plating defects;
• 2 years for all finish types other than chrome-plating;
• 10 years for articles protected by finishes with PVD* treatment.

* The PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology is a covering technique that consists in the deposition of thin vacuum films, that have a decorative purpose and are meant to protect the product from the risks of aging and corrosion.


Articles of the “GLAMOUR Style” programme

The exclusive “GLAMOUR Style” programme imagines and “dresses” the products for bathroom environments with valuable materials rich with allure, such as the luxurious “GOLD GLAM” finish in gold matte, obtained with a gold bath, brilliant STRASS® Swarovski® Crystal, elegant and colored textures handcrafted by highly qualified personnel.

Therefore, any possible minor differences between the textures, and/or flatness irregularities of the surface of these articles, are not to be considered defects, but natural characteristics of the productive process used, which exalts the craftsmanship and manual labor, making each article a unique creation. For such reasons, in the case of the “GLAMOUR Style” articles, we recommend special care in thoroughly drying the water deposits after every use, in order to avoid the formation of limestone.

Please be reminded that the FIR ITALIA Warranty on the finishes expires in the moment in which maintenance and cleaning are not performed adequately and on a continual basis.
