A world of Mediterranean charm

Perched on the hills of Torri del Benaco, a pearl overlooking Lake Garda, this majestic villa was designed and built in an exclusive location by interior designer Kurt Steurer of Steurer Wohnstudio. A perfect blend of architecture and design with the picturesque landscape of Lake Garda, a world of Mediterranean charm.

The villa extends over three floors and pays homage to the beauty of the surrounding nature. Each interior space is characterized by unparalleled design and meticulously selected materials. Every detail of the furnishings combines refinement and elegance, while floor-to-ceiling windows offer spectacular views of the sparkling lake.

Synergy Open 93

The complex houses a total of five suites, plus a master bedroom, for a one-of-a-kind project of luxury and comfort. Here, expertly chosen stone and wood in various shades blend with furnishings selected by architect Steurer. Among these, the faucets from the Synergy Open 93 collection by Fir Italia, in the precious Ravishing Gold matte finish, stand out with their elegant reference to natural forms, asymmetrical lines reminiscent of river stones and the world of freshwater.

In the washbasin area in particular, a solution was designed with two basins equipped with a wall-mounted mixer with separate spout and control, while the freestanding bathtub is paired with a floor-mounted mixer complete with shelf and hand shower.

A tribute to the beauty of nature

The kitchen, with an adjoining cellar, and the dining areas are finished in fine olive wood. On the south side, a true oasis of relaxation has been created, where the splendid living and dining area offers expansive views of the lake and the picturesque port town of Torri del Benaco. Outside, the terrace is a dreamy place for deep relaxation. Natural stone walls frame spaces flooded with natural light, Mediterranean charm, and an unparalleled selection of materials, perfectly characterizing this architectural gem.
