Design beyond minimalism
Designing means taking care of an object’s every detail, taking into close consideration its function and how people will use it. It also means searching for the material that best combines shape and aesthetics, but also the one that best suits the surrounding environment and setting.
Francesco Lucchese, former designer of Playone, started from volumes and squared lines capable of becoming a design icon, to explore stylistically extreme contexts, examining minimal thicknesses and pushing the boundaries of the taps sector.
As can be seen in the sketches, the design goes beyond, beyond minimalism, beyond the rounded angles, which on the contrary become sharp and extremely current.
LifeSteel 59 embodies the evolution to the nth power of design, disruptive in its being at the forefront, in a definitely essential lateral control that is a straightforward cylinder, practical in the study of the small element that makes it easier to grip the item.
